With QuickBooks Online (subscriptions to the software program can be included in my flat, monthly pricing or you can get your own subscription – I can offer discounts for new QuickBooks Online subscriptions), we can securely share your info and it’s actually easier to organize and keep the records than traditional methods.
QuickBooks Online can connect with your bank or/or credit card accounts to automatically import all your transactions into QuickBooks Online to be categorized and reconciled by me – you don’t have to do a thing after one time set up! Instead of keeping your receipts for taxes in a shoe box for your tax preparer to sort at tax time, you simply take a photo of your receipt and upload it via the QuickBooks online app. Did you know that receipts on thermal paper tend to fade? Uploading a photo with the app on your phone and having it in the bookkeeping software will keep your records complete and legible, even years down the road. Have an invoice or bill that was emailed to you and needs to be recorded in the books? You can set those up to automatically forward to QuickBooks Online! Did you buy a new asset for your business? You can snap a photo of that and upload it to have it attached to the record in QuickBooks.
